Order Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfilment process, orders are sent to our warehouse straight away. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it’s been placed.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you may be eligible to return your order for a refund in line with our Returns Policy, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Returned within the applicable return window

Please note:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
